Fundamental challenges with public blockchains
In this study, we present selected properties of public blockchains on the example of Bitcoin. Depending on the use case, these properties can become a drawback and hamper or prevent the use of blockchain technology. In the second part, we focus on proposed solutions. Some are already used in production systems, while others are still under research.
